Introduction/specifics

Hello dear mothers and fathers!

My name is Shaghayegh (Schara) Kordbache. I was born on November 21, 1979, in Iran and have lived in Germany since 2002. I am married and have two children. My son was born on April 18, 2015, and my daughter on December 12, 2019.

I hold the certificate from the Federal Association for Child Daycare, which is required by the German Youth Institute's curriculum, and I have a childcare license from the City of Essen. I have also attended numerous training courses. I care for five day-care children aged 11 months to 3 years in my spacious ground-floor apartment with a garden.
Opening hours are: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday: 7:39 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

If you have any questions or would like to get to know me and my apartment, please feel free to contact me.
My phone number is: 01635054000

Rooms

Our apartment is 180m², so we have plenty of space to run around, play, and have fun. The open-plan living area (kitchen, dining room, and living room) is equipped with a large table where we eat our fresh, child-friendly meals together. This table also serves as a creative space for activities like crafts, painting, and clay. The large room offers plenty of room for playing and romping. In the long, wide hallway, there's also the option of riding the ride-on car and balance bike during the colder months. For quiet times, there's a room with a mattress and blanket for each child, where the children can take their afternoon naps.

Outdoor Facilities

We have a garden where children can ride vehicles, play in the sandbox, or expand their scientific knowledge.

Basics

During the short time I accompany my day-care children, I offer them a loving environment in which to develop further. I will try to support the children in discovering, recognizing, and understanding their selves. This means perceiving moods and feelings (joy, happiness, sadness, anger, and fear) in themselves and others, and dealing with them appropriately. Through loving and respectful interaction, I aim to build and strengthen the children's self-confidence. Independence and self-responsibility are encouraged in everyday life. I encourage the children to act independently, e.g., wherever possible, by dressing and undressing themselves, washing their hands, and going up and down stairs (with assistance, of course). They will develop self-confidence in their abilities and creations. The little ones acquire this skill through the learning process, especially through play, where they explore, investigate, and experiment.

Quality Assurance

In May 2015, I successfully completed my childcare qualification with the Diakoniewerk Essen. I regularly participate in first aid courses and continuing education programs on childcare topics. I also receive professional support from the Diakonie's childcare advisory service, and I work with the Youth Welfare Office of the City of Essen.

Teamwork with parents

- A friendly, harmonious, and respectful atmosphere in the interest and well-being of the child
- Resolving minor annoyances
- Listening to different opinions
These informal conversations take place every day. A quick exchange of information, for example, allows me to find out how your child slept or who is picking up your child. I will also inform you about your child's daily routine when you pick them up. Serious concerns, however, should be discussed calmly. Upon request, we can then arrange a time for a meeting to find a solution together. There will also be parent afternoons, such as Advent coffee or a summer party.
